Bridge Senior Living
Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 1, 2026

This Cookie Policy (the “Cookie Policy”) explains how Bridge Senior Living, an Alabama limited liability company, and its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “BSL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) use cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our websites (collectively, the “Sites”) or use any services provided on or through the Sites (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains the choices you have about these technologies.

This Cookie Policy supplements, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Cookie Policy have the meanings given to them in the Privacy Policy. To the extent personal information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, our Privacy Policy describes how we use, disclose, and retain that information and the rights you may have with respect to it.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES?

Cookies. Cookies are small files created by websites, including our Sites, that reside on your computer’s hard drive or other device and that store information about your use of a particular website. Cookies have many different functions, like letting you navigate between pages efficiently, remembering your preferences, and generally improving the user experience or providing us information about how users navigate through our Services.

First-party and third-party cookies. “First-party” cookies are set by BSL when you visit our Sites. “Third-party” cookies are set by a party other than BSL, such as an analytics or advertising provider, and allow that third party to recognize your device when it visits our Sites and other websites.

Session and persistent cookies. “Session” cookies expire when you close your browser. “Persistent” cookies remain on your device for a set period of time or until you delete them.

Other tracking technologies. In addition to cookies, we may use similar technologies such as tracking pixels (also called web beacons), tags, scripts, and software development kits (collectively with cookies, “Cookies”). These technologies can collect data regarding your operating system, browser type, device type, screen resolution, IP address, and other technical information, as well as navigation events and session information as you interact with our Services.

2. HOW WE USE COOKIES

We use Cookies to operate and secure the Sites, remember your preferences, understand how the Sites are used, improve our Services, and market our communities and Services to you, including through interest-based or personalized advertising. The Cookies used on our Sites fall into the categories described below. These categories correspond to the options available in the cookie consent manager on our Sites.

Category Purpose Examples Can I opt out?
Functional (strictly necessary) Enable core features of the Sites, such as page navigation, security, load balancing, form submission, and remembering your cookie consent choices. Cookies that store your consent choices; security and website hosting Cookies No. These are always active because the Sites cannot function properly without them. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the Sites may not work.
Preferences Remember choices you make (such as a selected community or location) to provide a more personalized experience. Cookies that remember your selected community or location, or maintain a chatbot session Yes, through the cookie consent manager on our Sites or your browser settings.
Statistics (analytics) Help us understand how visitors use the Sites, such as pages visited, time spent, and errors encountered, so we can measure and improve performance. Cookies and tags placed by web analytics providers Yes, through the cookie consent manager on our Sites or your browser settings.
Marketing (advertising and targeting) Build a profile of your interests and track your activity on our Sites and across other websites so that we and our advertising partners can deliver relevant ads and measure campaign effectiveness, including custom audiences and cross-device advertising. Pixels, tags, and Cookies placed by advertising networks and social media platforms Yes, through the cookie consent manager, a Global Privacy Control signal, or your browser settings.

A detailed list of the specific Cookies currently used on each Site, including the provider, purpose, and duration of each Cookie, is available in the cookie consent manager on that Site by selecting “View preferences” or “Manage consent.”

3. CHATBOT AND OTHER EMBEDDED SERVICES

Our Sites may include a chatbot and other features provided by third-party service providers, such as embedded YouTube videos, Google Maps, and links to our Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages. These providers may set their own Cookies when you interact with these features. If you engage with our chatbot, information related to your communications may be shared with our service provider, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. ADVERTISING AND YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

We and our advertising partners may use Marketing Cookies to tailor and provide you with content and advertisements, including through custom audiences advertising, “interest-based” or “personalized” advertising, and cross-device tracking. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act and certain other U.S. state privacy laws, our use of these Cookies may be considered a “sale” of personal information or “sharing” of personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising, or processing for targeted advertising. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about the categories of personal information involved and the categories of third parties to whom it is disclosed.

You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or its processing for targeted advertising, through Cookies by:

  • declining or withdrawing consent to Marketing Cookies in the cookie consent manager on our Sites, which you can access at any time by clicking “Manage consent” or “View preferences”; or
  • enabling a Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal in a browser or browser extension that supports it.

Our Sites respond to GPC signals. When we detect a GPC signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and targeted advertising for that browser or device and, if known, for your account. Because Cookie-based opt-outs are stored on your browser or device, you will need to renew your opt-out choices if you clear your Cookies, or opt out separately on each browser or device you use. Please note that we do not respond to or honor Do Not Track signals.

Many advertising companies that collect information for interest-based advertising also participate in industry opt-out programs, such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool (https://optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out tool (https://optout.networkadvertising.org). Opting out through these programs means participating companies should no longer deliver ads tailored to your interests, but you may still see generic ads.

5. OTHER WAYS TO MANAGE COOKIES

Browser settings. You may stop or restrict the placement of Cookies on your device or remove them by adjusting your preferences as your browser or device permits. Most browsers allow you to refuse all Cookies, refuse third-party Cookies, or delete existing Cookies. However, if you adjust your preferences, our Services may not work properly.

Third-party tools. Some analytics and advertising providers offer their own opt-out mechanisms, which are described in their respective privacy policies.

Mobile devices. Please note that Cookie-based opt-outs are not effective on mobile applications. However, you may opt out of personalized advertisements on some mobile applications by following the instructions provided by Android or iOS.

6. WEBSITES COVERED BY THIS COOKIE POLICY

This Cookie Policy applies to bridgeseniorliving.com and to each website operated by or on behalf of BSL for its senior living communities that links to this Cookie Policy. While each of our Sites uses the categories of Cookies described in this Cookie Policy, the specific Cookies placed on a particular Site may vary. The Cookies currently used on each Site are listed in the cookie consent manager on that Site.

7. CHANGES TO THIS COOKIE POLICY

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. If we make changes, we will post the updated Cookie Policy on this page and revise the “Last Updated” date above. If we make a significant or material change, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
